All concessions require an end date. Even with lifetime concessions, the end date should be equal to the term end date and then extended during lease renewal

Lump Sum Discount charge codes should only be used as one time charges and must have a start date the same as the financial start date

Monthly Concessions and Service Package Concessions should only be used as recurring charges. The concession start date should be the first day of the first full month after move-in.

Be sure the payer selected on individual charges matches the primary payer on the resident's profile.
